DAY 1 – Reunions and First Memories – Thursday, September 24
Arrival is expected around 5 p.m., with a shuttle from Nice train station to the hotel. A place full of charm and positive energy. Nestled in the Bay of Cannes, on the banks of the Siagne River, you’ll be welcomed into a chic yet relaxed setting, fresh and colorful—a true oasis of relaxation.
The evening begins with a friendly dinner at the hotel, the perfect chance to enjoy a first relaxing meal after your journey.
After dinner, a group meet-and-greet is organized. This is the ideal moment to get to know the other participants, share your expectations and hopes for the retreat, and start forming the first bonds of friendship in a warm, relaxed atmosphere.
This welcome evening sets the stage for a unique collective experience, where sharing, conviviality, and good vibes will be at the heart of every day on the bike.
DAY 2 – The Red Rocks of the Estérel ∼ 65 km / 1,200 m+ – Friday, September 25
On the agenda: a gravel ride of around 60 km exploring the Estérel massif and the legendary Saint-Barthélémy rock. Between gravel tracks, forest trails, and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, every pedal stroke reveals a new, awe-inspiring landscape.
Your local guide will take you to the hidden corners of the massif—from little-known trails to sun-drenched secluded coves. Balancing effort and contemplation, you’ll admire the rich local flora and fauna while soaking in the wild beauty of this remarkable region.
The day ends with a friendly group meal, a chance to share your discoveries and impressions, and enjoy a well-deserved moment of relaxation after an incredible day on the bike.
DAY 3 – Tanneron Massif and Lake Saint-Cassien ∼ 45 km / 700 m+ – Saturday, June 26
A gravel ride of around 45 km through the Tanneron Massif, famous for its golden hills and panoramic views of the Mediterranean, before reaching Lake Saint-Cassien. The varied tracks and winding trails offer a perfect mix of technical riding and visual delight, with spectacular vistas at every turn.
For those who wish to complement the day with a different type of effort, a run in the Estérel is also planned, providing another way to explore the forest trails and wild landscapes of the region. Your local guide will reveal hidden corners of the massif, from small hills to shaded passages, while sharing stories and secrets of the territory.
The day concludes with a friendly group meal, the perfect opportunity to relax, share your discoveries, and enjoy a moment of connection after this rewarding day on both bike and foot.
DAY 4 – Tanneron Massif ∼ 39 km / 650 m+ – Sunday, June 27
On this final day, enjoy one last ride through the Tanneron Massif, covering around 30 km along tracks and trails that offer stunning views of the Mediterranean and golden hills. It’s the perfect chance to savor the fresh air, breathtaking panoramas, and the energy of the group one last time.
The ride concludes with a friendly closing lunch, where you can share memories, exchange impressions, and celebrate this wonderful gravel and wellness adventure together.
Afterwards, a shuttle will take you to Nice train station around 5 p.m., marking the end of a trip filled with discoveries, effort, and shared moments.

Do you need to be really well-trained?
No need to be a machine! The important thing is to enjoy cycling out in nature. We adjust the routes and the pace, with breaks, encouragement, and little challenges if you want to push yourself.
What about accommodation and meals?
Everything is taken care of: cozy accommodation, healthy local meals (morning, lunch, snack, and dinner), and moments to relax. We look after you from morning till night so you feel right at home… or even better!
If I’m unwell during the trip, what happens?
No worries! The trip is still accessible, with time for yourself, regular breaks, and gear designed for cyclists' comfort, like the Bloody Queen® pad from Wilma.
What if we don’t have a gravel bike?
